You are:   
University degree and/or solid work-related experience in Management.  
3+ years of management experience, incl. remote teams.  
Proven record of successful remote stakeholder management in a multi-cultural environment.  
Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level     
Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills across multiple reporting/hierarchy levels.  
Ability to follow up with the stakeholders from the business and other teams to identify opportunities, align strategies, and oversee several projects.  
Passionate leader that promotes and practices people development, willing and able to coach and mentor other leaders.  
  

With you we will:   
• Lead the H&S and Treasury Team providing the services for Nestle businesses  

• Continuously motivates, develops, coaches and trains Team in order to maintain effectiveness;  

• Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of activities. Define and monitor implementation of R2R plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv and IBS strategies;  

• Lead and ensure the quality of Markets onboarding, Transition of new scope, stabilization and standardization. Negotiate and priorities the projects in transition, as well as develop new projects for the transfer of services and process improvement;  

• Manage customers needs through regular communication, issue resolution and common OMP execution
