Position Summary

NBS Lviv announces an open position Quality Specialist in Quality Management Department

A day in the life of...

•    Execute all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis;
•    Prepare SLAs according to the defined deadlines; uploading data into Performance Pulse, Power BI;
•    Prepare periodic internal/external reports/dashboards on quality of services provided;
•    Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving; cooperation with Operational Team with the aim to improve process, ensure the highest quality;
•    Participate in Quality Automation Process;
•    Calculate KPI’s. 
 

What will make you successful

•    Masters’ degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/Computer Sciences/ International relations;
•    Good knowledge of FS processes (at least 1 year of experience in FS department);
•    Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office (particular Excel and Power Point);
•    Strong analytical and planning skills;
•    Solid skills in data extraction and analysis;
•    Good time management skills;
•    Profound presentation and communication skills;
•    Proficiency in English (Intermediate: speaking, writing and editing skills). 
 

 

Successful candidate should also have:
•    Good interpersonal skills;
•    Sense of confidentiality;
•    Attention to details and accuracy;
•    Proactive behavior.
