Position Summary

NBS Lviv announces an open position of Continuous Improvement Manager in Service Improvement Team

A day in the life of...

  • Developing, enhancing, leading the implementation and promoting Continuous Improvement culture within our organization; 
  • Lead the implementation of the Focused Improvement, Goal Alignment and LEAN methodologies, which aim to identify relevant problems and solve them effectively across the NBS Lviv organization , through training, coaching and assessment activities;
  • Piloting new methodologies such as Agile project management, Scrum and Design thinking;
  • Improving problem solving flow across E2Es linking opportunities with methodologies;
  • Enhancing Lean Office and DMAIC competence for pillars to drive significant improvements;
  • Creation and execution of Continuous Improvement Capability Building Plan at all levels;
  • Development and implementation CI trainings, coaching and assessment planning according to CI Capability building plan and in line with stakeholders (IBS Service Improvement Unit);
  • Establish CI Pillars and ensure proper governance at all levels;
  • Development of the CI Pillar and subsequent competence building of all pillar members;
  • Deliver appropriate training and coaching to establish CI mindset within Pillars;
  • Monitor performances of the Pillar team at NBS Level to drive improvement;
  • Organization and facilitation of events like Operational Master Plan creation, regular Steering Committees, etc.
     

What will make you successful

  • University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
  • Knowledge of English (at least Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written;
  • White/Green belt or LEAN certification;
  • Strong understanding and proven use of problem-solving tools and techniques;
  • Solid knowledge of Continuous Improvement approaches, coaching and training methods and techniques;
  • Comfortable using digital tools;
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Work with teams to develop CI opportunities & build effective working relationships throughout the organization;
  • Experience of creating a positive working culture, enabling empowerment and development of people.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with leadership team;
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and to build strong professional relationship;
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with cross site & cross-functional teams;
  • Results oriented;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Adaptable and flexible with a can do, positive attitude;
