Position Summary

The Learner Experience Product Architect is responsible to drive adoption of the learner facing technologies to support the Nestlé learning culture. The person is a user experience advocate envisioning how learning should be experienced through intuitive, inspiring, and simple solutions that are a delight to use.  This role will work closely with the Instructional Designers and Technology teams to design, test, and iterate solutions to ensure that we are providing the best cohesive learning experience possible across multiple applications and devices, to meet the needs of a wide range of users. 

A day in the life of...

  • Establish and embed the Learner experience platform(s) into the daily behaviors of our learners, as a key driver of development 

  • Manage instructional designers (global, regional, functional), especially in terms of product backlog, business requirements and enhancements.  

  • Ensure that the business objectives and requirements are understood by the IT team 

  • Be responsible for the adoption of all the best practices and governance by all Learning communities of practice, including SEO/ keywords initiatives & digital advertising campaigns 

  • Stay abreast of trends, best practices in Learner Experience technology 

  • Drive understanding, capability and use of design thinking and UX with the full L&D community 

  • Constantly reviewing google analytics and other monitoring platforms to analyzing learner behavior to drive recommendations and suggestions for related technologies  

 

What will make you successful

  • Expert knowledge of user experience / user interface design (UX, UI) 
  • Digital marketing experience within e-commerce environment 
  • Must be proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting systems 
  • Experience in A/B testing 
  • Knowledge of Learning Management platforms and related technologies 
  • Knowledge of content authoring tools and their respective standards, e.g. SCORM, AICC, etc. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of coding and hands-on capability with technology solutions (ie HTML, ASP, PHP etc.) 
  • Project and change management experience, preferably in the AGILE ways of working 
  • Thrive in an environment that requires both, timely project management and attention to detail  
  • Great network builder and effectively connect with a diverse team of stakeholders, speaking both the language of the business as well as the IT team. 
  • Aligning expectations and ensuring smooth communication is fundamental 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to review processes and drive change through continuous improvement 
  • Creative thinker with a vision 
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • Be a part of NBS center
