A day in the life of...
- Issue resolution of operational activities within Procurement teams between the Market (Requestors, Finance), NBS, EasyBuy Global team, local and global IS/IT , maintenance of Procurement support queries tracker
- Act as the first level of support for any procurement requests within scope: SAP,EasyBuy, VMD/VLC, PR/PO creation, PO closure, P&B Invoices, Workflow, MyGR, Procurement approvals, P-cards,Technical question
- Follow agreed SLAs, ensure root cause analysis of mistakes and frequent requests is provided and resolved in timely manner, provide visibility on KPIs to Operational and Procurement Leads during MOR
- Facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business by: performing an interface between MALs, NBS S2P teams and Market Procurement, as well as apply TSQ model; driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation
- Prepare and conduct trainings/learning materials for operational buyers/requestors on markets and NBS regarding operational topics, new tools, global initiatives etc.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and provide analysis/resolution
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines or any other document, effective management of documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices) and Risk&Control Matrix
What will make you successful
- Master degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics
- Experience in procurement at least 1 year
- Experience in S2P is preferable
- General knowledge of Nestlé Global Procurement standards
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP, MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Good analytical skills
- English and Czech (strong intermediate level)
- Strong communication/negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and flexible attitude
