Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for a Training and Learning Supervisor.
 

A day in the life of...

•    Define and monitor implementation of T&L Hub plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv and Nestle Talent strategy;
•    Ensure quality of the end-to-end processes in T&L Hub team;
•    Build partnership with relevant stakeholders (NiM Talent teams, Corporate L&D team, Talent CoC);
•    Eliminate waste and drive standardization through running and coordinating the improvement projects;
•    Develop functional and leadership competencies of the team members through effective development plans realization;
•    Promote and support Nestlé Continues Excellence awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of NCE tools.
 

What will make you successful

•    University degree;
•    1−2 years of experience on team leader’s position;
•    Project experience in process improvements;
•    Strong leadership skills, adaptability to change, initiative;
•    Good analytical and organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
•    Experience in Transition projects would be a plus;
•    Fluent English (both oral and written).
