Position Summary

Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for E&G Specialist.
Responsible for providing global Digital Learning services, the  E&G Specialist will liase with the NiM, above NiM CoC, Corporate Functions, to coordinate creation of learning platforms, working on improving initiatives for iLearn system, standardizing the learning admin path.
 

A day in the life of...

•    Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams. Investigate and resolve process anomalies/ambiguities
•    Creation of learning pages (Academies) and its connection to learning objects. 
•    Coordinate system testing, analysis of results, deployment of new functionalities and services;
•    Ensure proper & timely documentation of process updates on Standard Operating Procedure;
•    Standardizing the process (the process of requesting creating and changes);
•    Development and coordination of the new tools/platforms to enable best user experience;
•    Learning Groups creation and providing capability building sessions to the markets/functions. 
•    Designing and configuration of automatic iLearn emails
•    Act as the Tier 3 support super user
•    Work together with global team on new improvements
•    Conduct functional and refresher training for new joiners & transferee employees
 

What will make you successful

•    Masters’ degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
•    Proven Project management experience;
•    Prior success in working learning Management Systems;
•    Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate: written and verbal);
•    HTML/CSS Knowledge
