We are currently looking for an Accounting Executive to join our Finance&Control team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As an Accounting Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

Preparation of timely and accurate Financial Statements and other reports to present the financial results of the company’s operations, meeting both internal and external requirements.
Analysis of the company’s P&L (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet items, ensuring accuracy of reporting and taking timely corrective actions in case of any discrepancies.
Coordination of the period-end closing process with all stakeholders to ensure on-time closing with high quality and 100% first-time-right reporting.

Managing the company's Fixed Asset Accounting and Leasing Accounting processes and ensuring that all related accounting records comply with Nestlé Accounting Standards and Turkish Accounting Standards.

Ownership and follow-up of new projects, demonstrating agility in taking on additional responsibilities during role or organizational changes.
Coordination with related finance functions to ensure Balance Sheet integrity.

Ensuring the effective management of the statutory audit process and the group audit process, and securing the signing of the reports within the planned timeline

Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as Independent Audit firms and Insurance companies to ensure high-quality service when required.

Managing the NBS R2R (Nestlé Business Services) team to ensure that all processes under the responsibility of NBS are carried out correctly and to take corrective actions when necessary

Which profile are we looking for?

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance & Cost Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit functions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) knowledge.
Fluent in English.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional certification.
