We are currently looking for an After Sales B2B Supervisor to join our Nespresso team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As an After Sales B2B Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities;

Manage internal and external technician in order to ensure best in class After Sales Service for B2B Striving for excellence while maintaining operational efficiency                                          

Put in place the KPIs and be the lead for:

Regular reporting

Continuous improvement actions                

Ensure, with the partnership of B2C /B2B CRC team and B2B & B2C operation team that service level provided to customers is best in class by Identifying the improvement points Put in place the necessary preventive and corrective actions             

Manage Safety and Quality within B2B & B2C technicial                       

Manage Safety and Quality within B2B & B2C external partners

Managing spare parts inventory and placing an order in accordance with inventory levels Permanent comunication with HQ B2B & OEM's teams to ensure up to date technical aspects

 Which profile are we looking for?

University degree

Fluent in English

Management experience

Experience in service position / organization.

Familiarity with information systems.

Experience with advanced management methodologies for continuous improvement.

Technical background in field  service
