We are currently looking for B2B Office Sales Manager to join our  Nespresso  team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As a B2B Office Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the sales organization
  • You will develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the sales organization by coordinating the B2B strategy, setting yearly targets for the sales force, and regularly reviewing the pipeline of potential customers and growth opportunities
  • Drive the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy by establishing, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships
  • You will propose and follow up on regional actions, promotions, and trade fairs to achieve sales targets while providing strategic direction for business development and timely performance feedback to senior managemens
  • You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators by executing international commercial guidelines, conducting regular reporting of sales force productivity, and developing key accounts in collaboration with the sales team
  • You will control expenses to meet budget guidelines and liaise effectively with B2B peers across various functions to drive overall objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will manage the team to achieve or exceed business targets by creating a high-performing environment, fostering an open culture that promotes Nestlé’s values, and recruiting and developing talent for future capabilities
  • You will empower team members through coaching, effective feedback, and recognition of achievements, ensuring a motivated team that consistently meets performance expectations
  • You will ensure premium brand values and customer experience consistency by aligning the Nespresso brand with consumer expectations, delivering professional sales service, and collaborating with the CRC team to adapt services flexibly in response to customer needs
  • You will share, implement, and sustain best commercial practices by cascading information from national and international conventions, identifying and implementing market best practices, and challenging areas for improvement with concrete action plans
  • Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management role, demonstrating successful Key Performance Indicators achievement
  • Proven success in diverse and challenging sales roles
  • Strong track record in managing and developing teams, with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Marketing experience is a plus
