We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our Beverages / Nescafé Xpress team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Brand Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Gather and analyze consumer insights through market research to support brand strategy, innovation, and renovation initiatives
- Plan and execute consumer promotions, market research, and PR (Public Relations) activities to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement
- Develop and manage integrated communication campaigns, including media planning and execution, ensuring strong in-store visibility in line with defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Initiate and lead new product development processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation and renovation projects in close collaboration with R&D (Research and Development ), Packaging, Production, and Supply Chain teams
- Define and implement optimal product mix and pricing strategies aligned with profitability targets
- Manage and monitor PFME (Product and Field Marketing Expenses) investments in line with approved budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Oversee project management processes to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of campaigns and initiatives
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize media strategies, and define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for communication and PR (Public Relations) partners in alignment with the Marcom (Marketing Communications) team
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management; sales experience is a plus
- Experience in visual material development, agency management, and field/event activations
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
