We are looking for a Business Controller for the NUDA Business (Nutrition and Dairy). The business controller will co-pilot the Business providing insights, strongly supporting a fact based decision making process based on current business environment & specialist financial knowledge, and challenging new strategies & new projects  

Key Outputs / Deliverables

• Facilitates business strategy formulation.
• Responsible for the scenario planning within monthly business planning and the resulting dynamic forecast for the category.
• Needs to understand all cost and top line components of the P&L and to arbitrate between these P&L elements; for this purpose he/she collaborates with Operation Controlling, Sales Controlling, HR/MOGE Control and Planning & Reporting team.
• Drives the performance management of the category.
• Ensures an efficient resource allocation process.
• Supports the optimization of the product portfolio and the business Innovation & Renovation process.
• Supports new business initiatives (e.g. new business model, acquisitions) from a financial perspective
• Ensures a solid understanding of the value creation framework among the non-finance Business Unit peers
• Demonstrates leadership and facilitates the development of his/her direct report

Critical Experiences

• Formal financial qualification of an appropriate level (degree or similar).
• Having filled one or several career steps in F&C. Prior experience as business controller is a must. 
• Prior experience in Nutrition industry and/or pharma industry and/or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
