We are currently looking for a Category Development Manager to join our  NUDA team.

 

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

 

Type of contract: Permanent

 

 

 

As a Category Development Manager you will have the following responsibilities;

 

  • You will be responsible to achieve category sales volume, value, and profitability targets for dairy category, analyze and address the gaps in the field execution vs. overall BU strategies and yearly ICP plan.
  • You will be responsible to conduct regular field and customer visits.                                                       
  • You will be responsible to localize and drive category growth strategies, channel strategies, local channel solutions, leads ICP (Integrated Commercial Plan) of the BU for Supermarket and e-commerce channels in alignment with senior sales & CDT manager and for Supermarket ensure alignment being part of NIM Commercial Development & Sales Team.                  
  • You will be responsible to provide coordination between BU Marketing Team and field sales force team directly on execution of trade campaigns and other initiatives.                                             
  • You will be responsible to prepare and follow up analysis of internal data, Nielsen, IPSOS in relation to sales performance.                                             
  • You will be responsible adhere to all company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and Legal regulations.        

 

 

Which profile are we looking for?

 

  • University Degree with 5+ years commercial experience
  • Min. 2 years in Field Sales with Account Management / Business Development / Category Development experience in distributor or retail operations
