We are currently looking for a Category Field Operation Executiveto join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Category Field Operation Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Implement/report all of the central activities and plans (annual and seasonal agreements, planned big & bold activities, priority of the month) planned by the customer management units in line with the priorities of the categories, down the designated inks to the field operation management, designing POSM (Point of Sales Materials) to meet the field needs and monitoring the stocks and guidance on the quantities to be produced in line with the activity plans 
  • Solid the launch of strategies and plans to drive Category/Sub-Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer needs contribute to the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) process by identifying the main opportunities and possible action plans for the categories for which they are responsible, and provide guidance to the field operation teams
  • Providing actionable in-store solutions by clearly understanding the shopping behavior in the categories for which it is responsible; developing POP (Point of Purchase) materials, taste activities
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
  • Understand Nestlé’s strengths and weaknesses and deficiencies based on the field practices specific to the category and collaborate with key account managers and field operation managers in order to share Customer best practices.                                                      

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University Degree in related fields
  • Prior experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in customer management, preferably 
  • Understanding customers and sales process, marketing and brand management process
  • Understanding key business functions
  • Ability to motivate and develop people
