We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our Nestle Professional team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements                                                 
  • Ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets/KPIs (Turnover, Growth, Budget etc.)                                                           
  • Implement, follow up and update Customer (s) Plans. Constantly reviews the industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement. Develops an annual channel plan by identifying the appropriate volume, distribution, visibility & POP opportunities and strategies to maximise growth & achievement of operational plan

                                                          

  • Ensure complete support in development of Category, Channel and Field Sales Plans. Ensures implementation of Channel Strategy through right plans. Develops and leads the execution of channel development initiatives in line with channel priorities that drives rate of sale and improves retention                                                      
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies      
                                               
  • Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CCSD, Finance, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives                                                          
  • Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports if there are.          

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University degree
  • More than 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Understands all sales functions i.e. Channel, Category, Customer, Field
  • Has experience for Key Account Management in Out of Home Channel
  • Has demonstrated success in delivering targets
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
