We are currently looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join our Nestlé Professional team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Commercial Development Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;
Define strategies and plans that deliver strong channel growth based on channel & customer insight and requirements.
Develop an understanding & insight of channel trends and dynamics in order to enable growth in priority channels with necessary initiatives & activities.
Contribute channel & customer inputs to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities based on situation analysis and possible action plans for each priority channel; develop channel plans for the upcoming year.
Monitor business performance closely and Support Channel Sales Forecasting Process in MBP cycle meetings
Coordinate and ensure clear promotional guidelines based on channel understanding and insight.
Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated with ROI calculation (Pre-Post Evaluation) for Trade Activities
Provide strategic input and analyses to improve RTM and identify new channel opportunities
Ensure strong visiblity on the point of consumption with Picture of Success and other POP initiatives. Responsible for executional support and monitoring of ICP plans for his/her respective channels/customers.
Providing competitor activity & update, channel insights and consumer insights in a monthly basis
Analysis and monitor closely channel&category performance to ensure alignment of channel and HQ strategy
Provide support to identify new channel opportunities
Lead the yearly JBP cycle for top customers
Supporting WPSS business through seasonal campaigns planning and execution in terms of branding / POP / calendar creation
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
Which profile are we looking for?
University degree
Minimum 7 years of experience in Generating Demand; minimum 2 years in Sales and / or Key Accounts Management or CDT
Fluent at written and spoken English
