We are currently looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist to join our Sales team who will flawlessly execute commercial operations in order to achieve sales objectives, coordinating between field sales and head office
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

Supports all Sales Team for achievement of main Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports (sales parameters monitorization, individual & team performance, stock levels, customer-channel performance etc) and requested ad-hoc analysis

Sales forecast by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and by region thrugh coordinating with sales team and submit as an input to Monthly Business Planning (MBP) cycle in order to ensure optimum supply and stock levels.

Collection and consolidation of requested data from the Sales team

Ensures full product availability at all customers, coordinating all ordering, shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with customers and Nestlé Customer Supply Chain teams. For limited products performs quota allocation between customers, coordinates and follows quota usage.

Analysing monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the customer & region & channel

Working closely with Sales System&Technology Team, for all reporting and master data process
Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or master’s degree
-
Strong analytical skills and capability to interpret sales reports
-
Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and correct prioritization
-
Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to the audience
-
Advanced Excel knowledge is an asset
