We are currently looking for a Consumer Communication Manager to join our Marcom team who will support all the creative processes in close collaboration with & consumer marketing teams to plan & deliver effective & efficient strategies and ensure perfect executions in line with Nestlé Brand Building principles.
Main Responsibilities;
- Work with business marketing teams as the market champion of Nestlé Brand Building principles:
- Accountable for outstanding creative and effective brand communication by demanding excellence from brand teams and communication partners & ensure all creative originate from a single, powerful Big Idea.
- Responsible for the development of outstanding creative work 100% aligned with Nestlé communicationprinciples. Aligns with both creative and media agencies/vendors on creation of content
- Ensure that brands communication strategies are set and implemented in the most effective and efficient way to achieve set objectives:
- Provide guidance to brand teams and communication partners in the development of the optimum engagement strategy to reach our marketing objectives.
- Closely follow up with the media unit the implementation of media strategies and plans set in the most cost efficient and effective way.
- Work in close collaboration with Insights team to monitor brand KPI’s and derive appropriate actions in brand communication strategies
- Continuously evaluate creative agency performances and take necessary action when needed to rectify any drop in performance.
- Work with corporate communications to strengthen Nestlé as a corporate brand.
- Accountable and responsible to ensure compliance to our communication principles & corporate guidelines for all NiM Nestlé brands and Companies.
Qualifications;
- University degree with a relevant major (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, etc.)
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in communication or consumer marketing preferably in a multi-national FMCG company or experience in agency account management/ strategic planning
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships
- Experience in digital marketing and production best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Enlish
- Good knowledge of consumer insights
