We are currently looking for a Credit Control Specialist to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Credit Control Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Perform daily credit control for blocked orders by assessing customer risks and ensuring lean, on-time management of held orders
• Manage credit limits and risk categories, ensuring adherence to market-defined credit procedures
• Execute Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including cash application, customer master data management, credit management, overdue monitoring, deductions, and trade spend processing

• Ensure customer accounts and ledgers are accurate, updated, and compliant with internal standards

• Prepare and validate AR reports in line with market periodicity and  Period End Closic(PEC)
• Execute required internal and business controls within AR processes
• Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to drive productivity and cost-reduction improvements

• Strengthen organizational knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and financial KPIs by organizing and facilitating training sessions

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master degree

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or customer service functions with a strong performance track record
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English is required

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred
• High analytical capability, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset
