We are currently looking for a Data Governance Executive to join our Digital Transformation team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Data Governance Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Data Governance and Quality fit-for-purpose, and supporting efficient execution of business flows
• Establishment and orchestration of Data Governance in The Market (Data Owners, Stewards, Experts etc. ).
• Standardization of data models for sharing and scaling up.
• Acting as one face to the Business for data related topics and driving transformation in line with the new Operating Model
• Ensuring  Data Quality and Service Delivery based on service catalogue.
• Improve Data Discoverability and Accessibility in the market with F.A.I.R. (Findable,Accessible,Interoperable,Reusable) perspective
• Being an active member of the Global Data Community
• Ensuring and Leading right set of skills in the data team and in the Business
• Ensuring and Leading proper support for projects and initiatives executed in the Market
• Understands what Products and Data Sets Nestle IT offers
• Ensuring and Creating Data Quality KPIs in the market inline with global directions
• Works closely with senior management to direct and persuade them towards on the common goal
• Works and collaborate with the IT team for whole standards and execution
• Align data policy with relevant regulatory,legal and ethical obligations and leads.
• Build data governance community which includes sponsor from senior management

Which profile are we looking for?

• Knowledge about data governance tool such as MS Purview,Alation and similar governance solutions
• Excellent data literacy to identify commercial use opportunities,data structures and analytical approaches and use cases.

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
• 3+ Years experiences in Data Management Practices
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
• Advanced English
