Digital Acceleration Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Acceleration Manager to join our Marketing Communications Team who will consult and support brand teams in their consumer data & personalization journey.

 

Main Responsibilities are:

  • Be the center of competency in Data Personalization, Collection and Connection & Privacy.
  • Be the representative of Turkey Market in Global calls and initiatives.
  • Be the guardian of data and personalization KPIs.
  • Develop Personalized Consumer Experiences and Create Engaging Brand Experiences through data-powered communication to influence consumer journey.
  • Support / Lead marketing teams in deploying global strategies in local as well as develop strategies for local strategic brands.
  • Introduce innovative test & learns with global and local business partners
  • Accelerate digital knowledge and its adoption across the market.
  • Work in collaboration with communication, insight, media and IT teams.

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows:

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Preferably from FMCG, Finance, Telecom or Media industries and Digital Marketing/Media functions
  • Experience in CRM / data driven marketing communication executions
  • Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects
  • Has consistently demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse business situations
  • Strategic vision on digital brand development
  • Strong knowledge about: CRMData collection, activation, governance, and analysisDigital media Digital analytics & reporting tools knowledge e.g.: Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Traffic and lead generation
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, partners.
  • Proactive and Test & Learn mindset, self-starter spirit.
  • Fluent in English
