We are currently looking for a Distribution Requirement Planning Specialist to join our Operations team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Distribution Requirement Planning Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Prepare all daily, weakly and mountly reports ( follow up, quota-stock reports)
- Healthchecks for the Demand Forecast by location and time.
- Meet adhoc or unplanned activities demand, ensure avaliability with right quantity, time, location for all products by stock transfer orders and direct shipments from factory, copacker and coman
- Supply planning: Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net despatch requirements to satisfy
- customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.Share supply risks for potential issues.
- Establish stock policies for Finished Goods. Periodically review the stock level to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
- Supply visibility: Provide supply visibility to Sales Operation and Customer Service.
- Challange quota need and follow up the execution
- Freshness - Ensure high freshness by following executive reports
- Daily control the dispatch plans for local products and ensure they are in line with the min max targets.
- Lead/Participate the Supply Chain projects for reducing total delivery cost
- Monthly publish the DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) KPI's(Key Performance Indicator) and align with the logistics and warehouse teams. Enter the KPI's to DSP(Demand and Supply Planning) MOR (Monthly Operations Review) dashboards.
- Ensure the timely publish of weekly direct replenishment plans ( from factory, copacker, coman )
- Ensure the timely create&publish daily stock transfer order plans ( reverse operations can be done if needed )
- Maintain Data and System ( e.g Past Due PO)
- Regularly follow the weekly sales split trend.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Excellent command of English
- 1-2 years of relevant operations experience, in at least one of the following areas:
- Customer Service, MPS (Master Production Schedule) Planner
- IMS(Inter Market Supply) , Procurement
- DSP (Demand and Supply Planning) Planning
