E- Commerce Analyst

E- Commerce Analyst

We are currently looking for a  e Commerce Analyst to join our Nespresso team who will lead to responsible for leveraging all relevant data sources and all available data analysis solutions to deliver thorough analysis, reporting and insights on the market's digital & eCommerce channels performance, on the conversion funnel optimization opportunities and for supporting the market's E2E Personalization initiatives.

 

 

Data Quality, Analytics and Insights

- Coordinates relevant stakeholders to ensure all digital assets are tagged and compliant with both internal and external guidelines 

- Owns, maintain and evolves the eCommerce Yearly forecast model and target monitoring

- Validates the KPIs, the measurements and owns the business case modelling.

- Execute the E2E Digital Performance analysis plan, on time and quality, based on yearly activity plans and based on all available data and solutions.

- Execute the testing plan in adherence to E2E Digital & Personalization objectives

- Builds and maintain state of the art reports and dashboard to meet both granular operational needs and executive performance reviews.

- Investigates local external best practices and submits internal improvements proposals to further enhance the global analytics, testing and insights activities/solutions.

- Work with external Research partners to complement internal analysis with external, contextual data

 

E2E Personalization

- Contributes with data and insights in building data activation & personalization use cases working with cross-functional team to execute them leveraging the AdTech and MarTech solutions and in line with the E2E Personalization Strategy

- Executes the E2E Personalization analysis plan and ensure its execution, on time and quality.

 

 

Data Literacy

- Execute the local Data Literacy program activities to foster a data-driven mindset among market's stakeholders

- Promote a local culture of testing (A/B testing, iterative approaches, etc...)

- Build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy

- Demystify Data & Analytics by supporting all steakeholders on leveraging data to make business decisions

- Share insights and recommendation at market level and to the Global Community through available sharing platforms (e.g. Nespresso eCommerce Chatter Group)

 

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working in eCommerce/digital Analytics or equivalent experience
  • Deep proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics Premium a plus)
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthsize results, develop stories, build strategies and make recommendations to business and technical leaders
  • Strong ability to design, develop and prepare business presentations and reports to senior managementStrong working knowledge of data visualisation tools (PowerBi a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge on Big Query, SQL
  • Strong working knowledge with AdTech & MarTech solutions (SessionCam,Google Optimize, Lengow, Criteo)
  • Strong familiarity with business and marketing metrics
  • Strong Critical thinking and rigourous statistical skills
  • Strong logical thinkng capabilities
  • Good understanding of SEO / SEM is a plus
  • Good understanding of Data Protection is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing a data-driven mindset in a company
  • Experience with a data analysis toolkit (Python, R) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
