We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our Nespresso team.

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy aligned with the Consumer Journey Strategy
  • Implement e-merchandising activities utilizing cross-selling, up-selling, and eCRM strategies
  • Analyze internal and external data to continuously improve ecommerce activities
  • Oversee the acquisition and conversion of B2C (Business to Consumer) and SOHO customer
  • Manage daily operations of owned (nespresso.com B2C+B2B) and non-owned digital boutiques (eRetailer.com)
  • Optimize the digital path to purchase to ensure a best-in-class consumer experience
  • Ensure the integration of all product launches and digital campaigns into the content management system (e.g., copy, visuals, banners)
  • Ensure compliance with cross-functional requirements (Total Quality Management (TQM), legal regulations, and delivery service standards)
  • Collaborate with IT, CRC ( Customer Relationship Center), Marketing, and Supply Chain to enhance back-end performance
  • Drive business results through tactical and operational decision-making
  • Assist the Director in optimizing investment strategies and decision-making during the operational planning process for both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX)
  • Attract and retain talent, fostering a strong and collaborative team environment

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 7 years of experience in eBusiness, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing activities aimed at driving website traffic, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Affiliate Marketing, and Display Advertising
  • Proven expertise in eCommerce Operations, specifically in Content Management, eMerchandising, and personalization strategies
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and electronic CRM (eCRM) practices is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and familiarity with A/B testing tools
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English
