E-Commerce Manager

E-Commerce Manager

We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager join our Nestlé Health Science Consumer Care Team, who will lead ecommerce strategy on national level.

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Acts as a key account manager between business and exclusive online channel distributor in terms strategic alignment, execution inline with planning, KPI follow up etc.
  • Owns NHSc Consumer Care eCommerce agenda and strategic roadmap
  • Define and execute e-commerce strategic priorities and actions inline with NHSc Consumer Care multichannel strategies.
  • Support definition and implementation of e-commerce strategy of Exclusive online channel distributor inline with NHSc online channel strategy by accelerating online performance.
  • Ensures flawless communication with exclusive online channel distributor on decision making,customer experience & marketing, supply chain and information sharing.
  • Keep compliance (according to Nestle guidelines) with exclusive online channel distributor on development and implementation of the annual plans (in all related channels; DTC, marketplace, offline, etc.) that are aligned with NHSc overall business and e-commerce strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
  • Manages positioning and assortment of brands/products according to monitorization of the market
  • Monitor distributor's search, social, digital content and content accuracy & quality for compliance standards and target. Identify gaps and share with the distributor's marketing & digital teams to define winning practices.
  • Support Supply Chain & Commercial Operations to map the whole end to end flow (physical product and information) to optimize route to market both for local and international brands along the value chain.
  • Collaborates with pharmacy sales channel management to be inline with overall G2M strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • 5-8 years in sales and/or marketing, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results;

      - E-commerce Management

      - Key Account Management

      - Depth Digital/eCommerce knowledge,

      - Understands all sales functions in pharma/ consumer care business

      - Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.

      - Courage, Ability to work in the grey, End to end approach (understanding Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain).

  • Solid marketing and sales experience in managing the traditional/offline business
  • Having OTC/ Consumer Care experience is a plus
