We are currently looking for an Event Specialist to join our Nestlé Nutrition Türkiye team who will be responsible for the Planning, organizing and managing Nestlé Nutrition Türkiye medical events and activities, National and International Congress participations

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As an Event Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Planning, organizing and managing Nestlé Nutrition Türkiye medical events and activities, National and International Congress participations
• Secure all necessary internal & external approvals for the Nestlé Nutrition medical events and activities, National and International Congress participations, including, but not limited to, Ministry of Health (MOH)  Approval Applications
• Oversee and track all logistics, procurement, and contract processes related to the Nestlé Nutrition Türkiye medical events and activities, National and International Congress participations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Nestlé Nutrition Türkiye medical events and activities, National and International Congress participations providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with the World Health Organization(WHO) Code & Nestle Policy & Local Regulations in all tasks. This alignment is a key element of our Infant Nutrition business strategy

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bacheler’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Congress & Event Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)           
• Fluent in English
