We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Decision Support team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a Financial Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities;

•    Prepare analysis & investigate trends for key P&L lines at business and product level versus plan using historical/ other comparative data 
and provide support to controllers on analyzing performance variances
•    Report and consolidates:
•    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on actual and forecast(DF) for Top management meeting
•    Working Capital
•    Ensure appropriate masterdata maintenance in SAP for correct reporting
•    Actively participate in the Decision Support activities during the Period End Closing process 
•    Prepare  P&L at Business level
•    P&L Account by product groups 
•    Prepare, control and submit all Magnitude reports that are under Decision Support responsibility within the Group and/or internal reporting deadlines (whichever is earlier) and in line with the Group reporting guidelines (NAS, NIBS). 
•    Prepare and issue periodical internal reports and KPIs such as Daily Sales, RIG OG Analysis, SACT, PACT,PICA, SCOM, SSMT, Ecom, DF etc. as per agreed internal reporting deadlines and instructions.
•    Design, build, maintain other local / ad hoc reports (non SAP based reports .eg. Non Quality Cost etc). 


Support&Participate in integrated planning process:


MBS: 
•    Follow up the collection of MBS inputs from support functions (A)
•    Actively participate in the preparation of MBS P&L’s
•    Support feedback collection for MBS changes/commentary for own manager (R)
•    Participate in the final preparation & communication of MBS deliverables to the Centre (A)
OPL/DF:
•    Review sales forecast valuation and evaluate/agree gaps against sales targets
•    Analyze and understand assumptions on main cost components (manufacturing costs, distribution costs…) evaluation.
•    Run&review scenario&simulation models for DF process
•    Prepare comments of major changes/assumptions and highlights of OPL/DF.
•    Support own manager review for
-    MOGE assumptions/Budget review 
-    FA&NWC Allocation for ROIC calculation
•    Support consolidation at Market level DF outputs (business assumptions,KPI’s,actions..) prepared by BU controllers
•    Secure on-time delivery ,accurate and relevant OPL/DF documents as per guidelines from the Centre

 

 Which profile are we looking for?
 

  • University Degree,
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Reporting or Audit.
  • Fluency in English.
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Digital solutions knowledge (e.g PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills, be adaptive to change.
