We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Confectionary team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Financial Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities;

•Prepare analysis & investigate trends for key P&L lines at product level versus plan using historical/ other comparative data and provide value-adding commentary, on performance variances, applying deep analysis of the business.

*Prepare COGS analysis for monthly quarterly trend in detail by material and by brand

•Prepare monthly forecast for topline (VG%, RIG%, product mix, pricing), and bottomline profitability (CMC%, COP1%)

•Forecast system submission through FIT

•SKU's profitabilities (existing/new)

•Review sales forecast valuation and calculate RIG%-VG%-OG% and product mix based on sales input

•Analyze and understand assumptions on main cost components (manufacturing costs, distribution costs…) evaluation

•Run&review Pricing /Volume scenario&simulation models for DF process

•Secure on-time delivery ,accurate and relevant OPL/DF documents as per guidelines from Zone EMENA and NIM Decision support

•Track media budget with Marketing Business partners & BEO and esnure effective ROI mindset              

•Lead price increase process (PL projection/Approval flow/SAP update)

• Lead on finance audit self assessment actions

Which profile are we looking for?

•University Degree , Master Degree is a plus

•A minimum of 4years of experience in Finance strongly preferred

•Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support

•Ability to resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly

•Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative

•Partner with functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables

•Identify risks and opportunities

•Ability to lead projects

•Demonstrate standard methodologies and strong business insight

•Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills

•Knowledge in F&C processes with ERP systems.
