As a Nespresso Financial Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities;

Drive the achievement of the country sales volumes, value and profitability targets by category
-
Prepare analysis & investigate trends for key P&L (Profil & Loss) lines at business and product level using historical and comparative data, while providing value-added commentary on performance variances through in-depth business analysis
-
Run Periodical Analysis around and provide support to respective departments and controller on analyzing performance variances
-
Quantify risks and improvement opportunities based on the above analyses and propose improvements to financial controller
-
Review & comment on various financial metrics in the P&L at business and product group level highlighting major gaps versus plan
-
Actively manage Period End Closing process
-
Prepare & analyze financial performance reports, including key growth metrics and P&L by business and channel level.

Prepare and issue periodical internal reports and KPIs including sales performance, growth analysis, forecast accuracy and cost analysis, in accordance with internal reporting deadlines and guidelines.

Analyze and understand assumptions on main cost components and prepare budgets for P&L items including MOGE (Marketing and Other General Expenses), ROC (Retail Operations Cost), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), FDC(Fixed Distribution Cost),VDC(Variable Distribution Cost),OVE(Other Variable Cost), IS&IT(Information Technology and System Cost)

Support& participate in integrated planning process; including scenario analysis and simulations models for dynamic forecasting

Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of operational plans and dynamic forecasts aligned with central guidelines.

Support the calculation of Capex (Capital Expenditures) and boutique request
-
Collaborate with Financial Controller on regular business updates, closing reviews, dynamic forecasting,and gap management.

Support pricing, pre and post evaluation of PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses) investments and and manage PFME within the business unit.

Design, build, maintain other local / ad hoc reports
Which profile are we looking for?
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
-
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning or Audit.
-
Strong command of Excel
-
Fluency in English is preffered
-
Experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills, be adaptive to change.
