We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics – Reporting team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Financial Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Actively participate in Reporting activities during the Period End Closing (PEC) process with close collaboration of Accounting Operations and Nestlé Business Services (NBS)
- Prepare, control, and submit Magnitude reports (mainly PACT (Profitability Analysis & Control Tracking), PICA(Product Income & Cost Analysis), ECOM(E-commerce Performance Report), SCOM(Supply Chain Operations Management )) under FP&A responsibility, in line with Group reporting guidelines and internal reporting deadlines
- Prepare P&L statements at business level, monitor and report working capital as part of PEC activities
- Ensure proper master data maintenance in SAP for accurate P&L (Profil&Loss) reporting, collaborate with Global master data team when needed
- Ensure accuracy of financial data set on Nestlé Finance Analytics tool
- Consolidate and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on actuals for senior management meetings
- Prepare P&L reports by product groups
- Design, build, and maintain local/ad-hoc reports (e.g. non-SAP reports)
- Collaborate with IT on the digitalization process and develop Power BI-based reports
- Analyze and investigate key P&L lines per business and product level against the plan using historical and other comparative data, providing support to controllers in analyzing performance variances
Which profile are we looking for?
- University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
- Min 2-3 years experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Reporting or Audit
- Fluency in English
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Digital solutions knowledge (e.g PowerBI) is a plus
- Experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills, be adaptive to change
