We are currently looking for a Head of Finance to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Head of Finance, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Provide strategic and financial guidance to the Business Executive Officers (BEO) and senior leadership team, identifying gaps between global strategy and local market realities and translating them into actionable plans
• Leverage market opportunities by building strong business intelligence, supporting strategic initiatives with insights, and driving the end-to-end market strategy process
• Drive portfolio strategy decisions and influence business direction
• Identify, evaluate, and actively participate in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) opportunities and processes
• Own the business planning process and ensure high-quality, accurate dynamic forecasting
• Be accountable for overall business performance and financial outcomes by providing clear visibility on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a strong compliance and governance mindset
• Act as a trusted advisor by highlighting risks, identifying opportunities, and supporting prioritization
• Drive efficient allocation of resources across Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME), Total Trade Spend (TTS), Capex, and structural costs as a proactive change agent
• Lead optimization of working capital, fixed assets, and infrastructure to improve overall efficiency
• Ensure tax compliance while proactively identifying optimization opportunities
• Lead compliant and efficient statutory accounting and external reporting processes
• Safeguard optimal cash flow through strong treasury and credit management, ensuring local regulatory Compliance
• Promote and ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and risk management standards within areas of responsibility
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality requirements, including the Nestlé Management System, and drive continuous improvement

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance with a strong track record in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of core finance disciplines, including financial planning, performance management, and strategic finance
• Demonstrated people leadership capabilities with the ability to develop and inspire teams
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Experience within the FMCG industry and exposure to matrix or networked organizations with multiple stakeholders is considered a plus
• Excellent command of English
