We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Nestle Professional team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Develop key customer specific  plans; define sales strategies, preparing JBP, managing business initiatives with sales activities and campaigns , develop annual activity calendar to drive the business
  • Make negotiations and agreements with Key Account for yearly agreement renewals,new customer acquisitions, new product listings
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Executes annual plan with appropriate volume, distribution, visibility & activation opportunities and strategies to maximise growth
  • Managing regular existing customer visits to ensure mutual gain and  managing new customer
  • acquisition processes within the scope of company strategy by working closely with CCSD and Categories
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Account targets and KPIs
  • Ensure perfect execution in customers to contribute to brand building
  • Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations

 

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Field Sales, CCSD, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Technical and Globe & IS/IT)
  • Mastery of the local processes and procedures used for Customer Planning, Customer Managing and Trade Management. Knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning.
  • Knowledge of In Call Execution, 4 C Selling, Customer Best Practice,  Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/ Consumer trends and Customer and Consumer Insight into actionable ideas
  • Account Management experience
  • Has a flexible solution selling-oriented mindset
  • Experience in Out of Home sector
