We are currently looking for a Market Development Executive / Commercial Development Executive to join our Nestlé Purina Petcare team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Market Development Executive / Commercial Development Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Support the local Retail Channel Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for KA , e-commerce and Retail distributors channels in line with central guidelines, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and marketing to deliver exceptional execution plans.
- Foster strong relationships with Channel Development Team (CDT) and Key Accounts teams by monitoring Monthly Business Performance (MBP) Cycle outputs and daily Month-to-Date (MTD) figures. Ensure month-end realization and forecast accuracy while addressing any gaps in field execution in relation to business objectives, including monthly Total Trade Spend (TTS) targets.
- Plan and execute field and customer activities, while maintaining effective communication and coordination with relevant Nestlé Channel Development, Field sales force, NPP(Nestlé Purina Petcare) Marketing and Demand & Supply Planning teams.
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring and analysis of internal and external data/research to drive category & shopper insights, aimed at optimizing channel based portfolio management.
- Develop expertise in the Retail channel by consistently monitoring and updating critical targets related to distribution, share of range, and shelf space. Provide guidance to the sales team to implement necessary corrective actions effectively.
- Develop and propose a comprehensive POP vision and channel specific solutions at point-of-sales.
- Create and manage projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, particularly by leveraging new digital opportunities within the emerging e-commerce channel and e-retailers
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 4-5 years of commercial experience
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the selling process
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse internal and external partners
- Excellent command of English
