Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about marketing? At Nespresso we place innovation and pioneering spirit at the heart of what we do by cultivating coffee as an art to grow the best in each of us. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Nespresso team who will own the B2C Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy for the execution of Trade & Retail Channels, successful implementing global campaigns in responsible channels while providing continuous improvements on local in-store management by having a strong presence on the field.

 

Main Responsibilities;

 

Own and excute the B2C Trade Marketing Strategy for Retail & Trade Channels

  • Implement global campaigns in Trade & Retail Channels according to Yearly IAP (incl. new products/services)
  • Develop the ISM (in-store management) activations in Trade POS by benchmarking both other markets and local competitors actions
  • Improve the visual merchandising of Boutiques according to global guidelines by communicating with HQ contacts and local retail team
  • Assist annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan.
  • Analyze updated status of Nespresso and its competitors on field by having regular visits by co-operating with related channel responsibles
  • Ensure the development, guarding and communication of trade marketing knowledge and expertise, both internally and externally

Implement global launches & channel themes to market needs in Retail & Trade Channels

  • Assist the execution of all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services
  • Support the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for B2C
  • Initiate market specific local initiatives
  • Ensure continuous improvement through assisting preparations of new launches and current ISM status of Trade & Retail Channels

 

Qualifications;

  • University degree required
  • 1-3 years experience as Trade Marketing or any other relevant marketing role
  • Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
  • Experience in project management (of complex projects)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational, planning, project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Market and results oriented
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter
  • Operational, problem solving (“hands-on”)
  • Willing to be on field (%50)
