NNI & Event Specialist

NNI & Event Specialist

We are currently looking for a NNI and Event Specialist to join our Nestlé Nutrition team, who will lead to planning and organizing the Nestlé Nutrition Institute & other medical events & activities. 

 

Main Responsibilities;

                                                        

  • Responsible for planning and organising the Nestle Nutrition Institute & other medical events & activities                                               
  • Responsible for securing all external approvals related to Nestle Nutrition Institute & other medical events including but not limited to MOH permits
  • Responsible for Aggreements with third parties and institutitons                                                    
  • Responsible for tracking all logistics & procurement, contract processes pertaining to the Nestle Nutrition Institute & other medical events
  • Responsible for tracking the Nestle Nutrition Institute & other medical events performance and providing updates on the same to the concerned stakeholders.                                               
  • Code Compliance: While performing all tasks, adheres to the WHO Code Management System which remains the cornerstone of our infant nutrition marketing policy, and is at the heart of the Infant Nutrition business strategy   
  • Strictly adheres to all the provisions stated in the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitute and Nestlé policy on Marketing of Breast Milk Substitute, any amendment thereof and other relevant government regulations. Failure to do so may be considered as a violation of Company policy, and may be used as ground for the Company to pursue the appropriate disciplinary action.

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows

 

  • University Degree and 3 years of experience dealing with CRM softwares and / or other data management applications is preferable
  • Strong analytical skills .
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy (CRM, SAP, MS Office)           
  • Fluent in English
