We are currently looking for an Operations Controller to join our Nestlé Waters team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As an Operations Controller, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Participating in business planning and coordinating the Operations budget with the Heads of Technical & Production and Supply Chain, including revisions and simulations as necessary
- Implementing reporting mechanisms to track Total Deliver Cost evolution, ensuring solid forecasting through detailed Demand Forecast (DF) and risk evaluations
- Conducting proactive analysis of Manufacturing Cost Standards (MCS) variances, including Production (PRO) costs, to ensure adherence to guidelines
- Coordinating the reporting of actuals and forecasts across Operations, overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of period-end close, and ensuring compliance with Nestlé financial policies and standards
- Challenging assumptions to identify cost improvement opportunities within the Operations Network and validating proposed savings
- Ensuring transparency regarding the financial impact of strategic Operations decisions.
- Providing robust financial justification for capital investment requests from Markets
- Maintaining clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development and compliance with internal control
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Prior experience as a Plant Controller or Supply Chain (SC) Controller, along with experience in other finance departments such as Audit and Business Controlling
- Minimum 6 years of experience in related areas
- Excellent command of English
