We are currently looking for a People Partner to join our Human Resources team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a People Partner, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • People Advisory: Drive consistency in employee experience. Provides support to employees on the company policy and the applicable legislation, project delivery in connection with Organization Design and  Changes. Contribute on the Market/country/category people plans. Contribution on various initiatives role out. Participate on and drive the Continuous improvement. Share the external perspective and insights. In specific cases Employee Relations and Work Council management.    
  • Employee Engagement: Establish and maintain effective win – win working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters Nestle values, communication and cooperation. Support a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and support/advice others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles. Contact with employees to ensure the best people experience. Connection point with the Employee relations team (reorganization, disciplinary cases etc.).
  • Talent: Support Leaders and HRBPs in the Talent cycle (Talking Talent, Succession Planning, Performance management, Performance Improvement Plans etc.) mainly through coordination of the process, and providing advisory and development to employees. Advice Leaders and Employees on learning and development opportunities/options. Support internal moves of our talents.
  • Talent Acquisition: Advise and support  Leaders during the recruitment process, if needed. Accompany Leaders in onboarding process. Contribute to on-boarding. Participate on the employer branding activities with the Talent team.
  • Total Rewards: Collaborate with a local Rewards team. Manage local specific off-cycle and cyclic payments, extra bonuses/payments based (follow process and rules). Support Leaders Job Success Profile / Position Success Profile creation and help to navigate in specific tools.
  • HR Admin/Employee Relations: Manage HR tasks as termination process driven by the company, maternity/parental leavers and long-term absences etc. Deliver other HR administration tasks according to internal or external requirements. Cooperate with Local HR Services on the data quality assurance incl. position management.

 

 Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Min. 3 years People Partner (HR Generalist) experience (or 3 years experience in other Nestlé Business or Function on the position required stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills)
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations, cultural specificities and local insights
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, web applications
  • Experience with other professional tools available in the market (SAP, SuccessFactors)
