Performance Development Manager
We are currently looking for a Performance Development Manager to join our Nestle Nutrition team who will be responsible for driving and implementing programs to drive excellence in our medical field force operations and with our medical field force team in terms of knowledge, functional skills, and leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities;
- Manage, develop and deliver training and development tools in line with business priorities and global guidelines
- Conduct assessment tools to identify development areas of each individual or groups
- Attend Medical Field visits, coaching sessions and cycle meetings in order to determine the training needs of the Medical Delegates
- Design and deliver training and development programs utilizing variety of methods
- Develop the required materials (presentations, exercises, videos, evaluation forms, questionnaires) and develop a library of these materials.
- Arrange and conduct the "Initial Training" for the new Medical Delegates, covering Detailing Skills, WHO Code, Nestle Instructions, Local regulations where applicable and Product & Competitors' knowledge.
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results
- Develop and implement Medical Field Force KPIs related to efficiency and effectiveness
- Design Nutrition/Product exercises and WHO Code management system quizzes on quarterly basis to be used in the MD appraisal system.
- Execute agreed developmental/training plan within the allocated budget
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- Min 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry
- 3 years of experience as a Medical Field Force Performance Development Manager
- Previous experience as Medical Delegate will be an asset
- Coaching and Training experience
- Experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products
- Manage independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Experience of handling a Regional Team
- Experience in planning, managing & evaluating budgets
- Well rounded Business sense
