Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist Marketing to join our  Procurement Team who will provide efficiency & effectiveness in Marketing categories of all Nestlé Brands  via creating value in purchasing processes with delivering all necessary services and  materials on time, at the right quality & quantity and at a reasonable price through  leveraging upstream markets and bringing innovative solutions from external resources.

 

Main Responsibilities;

 

  • Managing the whole agreement process for Creative / Digital, Insight, PR, Ad-Shooting / production, Influencer, Celebrity from briefing to contract finalization.

 

Creative Agencies;

 

- Challenging, benchmarking and negotiation of scope of works in collaboration with Global Procurement Team

- Leading the contract process till signing of each agency

- Conducting the negotiations with the creative agencies

- Evaluating and managing creative agency’s contracts

- Initiate creative agency audits if necessary.

- Supplier development and assessment

 

Productions;

 

- Evaluating and managing the production house contracts

- Conducting the negotiations with the production houses

- Supplier development and assessment

- Tender Management

 

Design Agencies;

 

-Challenging, benchmarking and negotiation of the ratecard of Design Agencies in collaboration with Global Procurement Team

- Evaluating and managing creative agency’s contracts

- Conducting the negotiations with the creative agencies

- Supplier development and assessment

- Pitch Management

 

Research Agencies;

 

- Challenging, benchmarking and negotiation of Research Agency Service Fee in collaboration with Global Procurement Team

- Evaluating and control research agency’s contracts

-Pitch Management

 

Other Responsibilities

 

-Proactively understand the business needs and requirements within the assigned scope for functional and plant level requirements in the NiM serviced

-Implement sourcing strategies on a local level

- Manage the contract process of assigned scope

- Participate and support  the Global & Zone Purchasing teams

- Facilitate for know-how transfer from within Nestlé Global Procurement

- Bringing specific Market Knowledge and Performance from 3rd parties

- Ensure correct execution of the Purchase2Pay processes

- Search and identify Innovation Opportunities and Cost Improvement Projects

- Initiate Process Simplifications adhere to Nestlé Procurement Policy

 

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

 

  • Min University Degree (Business Administration; Engineering; etc)
  • 5+ years experience in Procurement
  • 2+ years experience in Indirect Procurement (S&IM)
  • Marketing  Procurement experience is an asset
  •  Fluent spoken and written English
