We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Market Access Manager (Vitaflo) to join our NHS team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Regulatory Affairs & Market Access Manager (Vitaflo) You will have the following responsibilities;
- You will be responsible for the Follow-up local regulation of MoH for registration and Health Application regulations of SSI and regulatory initiatives concerning or having impact on Business, analyze them (business impact), update relevant business divisions before & in case and take actions if necessary
- You will be responsible for receiving local & import permit, sales permit, pricing and reimbursement approvals for current & new FSMP products
- You wil ensure compliance of the product recipes & labels with local regulations and Nestlé standards
- You will be responsible to build and maintain close contact with key decision makers and the authorities (MoH and Social Security Institution) in order to assure rapid registration and processing
- You will propose & implement action plans in response to regulatory changes in the market
- You will work in close collaboration with quality department, application groups, marketing & medical teams and corporate/public affairs. Give guidance to relevant networks
- You will participate in and/or lead industry working groups, create position papers in close collaboration with global teams and local Associations & actively influence regulation development
- You will be giving training on fundamental regulatory knowledge to global & local teams to create/keep awareness
- You will initiate local process improvements and contribute to global process improvements, which may have possible impact on the Regulatory Affairs & Market Access function
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- At least 7-8 years of experince in similar roles (regulatory and market access) in Pharmaceuticals/ Medical Nutirition industry, including a minumum of 5 years experience in market access
- Excellent command of English
