We are currently looking for a Sales Controller to join our Finance & Control team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Controller , you will have the following responsibilities;

•             Drive transparency and performance improvement through sales financial and non-financial KPIs.

•             Lead the integrated planning process, including sales forecasting, cost assumptions, and trade spend integration.

•             Manage trade spend accounting, ensuring compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.

•             Support resource allocation, including investment planning and working capital monitoring.

•             Analyze sales-related costs and challenge performance levels to identify improvement opportunities.

•             Ensure alignment of pricing strategies, product mix, and competitive positioning.

•             Support new business initiatives by conducting financial analysis and post-implementation reviews.

•             Ensure adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance with financial regulations.

•             Develop and coach teams, promoting financial acumen within the sales organization.

Which profile are we looking for?

•             Bachelor's degree.

•             CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

•             Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role.

•             Strong understanding of financial statements, business impact analysis, and cost management.

•             Proven experience with SAP, Excel, and financial modeling tools.

•             Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

•             Ability to collaborate across functions and challenge business performance effectively
