We are currently looking for a Sales Executive-Distributor Operations (Modern Trade) to join our Sales team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a Sales Executive , you will have the following responsibilities;

 

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for assigned accounts to drive sustainable business growth
  • Deliver agreed customer Key Perfomance Indicators including NPS (Net Proceeds of Sales, TTS(Total Trade Spend), Bad Goods, Forecast Accuracy
  • Ensure excellence in execution across day-to-day operations by effectively planning, communicating, anticipating challenges, measuring results, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales and Key Accounts teams to manage customers effectively and share best practices in merchandising and trade activities
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales force

 

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Field Sales
  • Proven track record in distributor management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales functions, including Commercial teams, Customer management, and Field operations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and delivering results in previous roles
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop people
  • Strong customer management experience, with clear success stories in building and growing customer relationships
