We are currently looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness and Omnichannel Executive to join our Nestlé Health Science team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Force Effectiveness and Omnichannel Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Review validate and execute master data creation, change, request in salesforce system environment.                                                                                                                                                         
• Take the initiative to identify, lead and establish continuous improvement practices that improve the performance of the master data processes.                                                                                                                                                                                                           
• Undertake various master data improvement projects as directed by the Global Team. Seek out and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.    
• Establish metrics and track performance to established service levels.                                                                                                                                                                   
• Creates management reports to improve overall quality       
• Train and support the salesforce local users about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent command of English
• Experience of using Salesforce.com and Veeva
• Experience of advanced use of Microsoft excel & PowerBı
• The ideal candidate will have a background from sales & marketing
• Experience of successfully working with cross functionally and supporting a team of users with Salesforce
• Ability to analyse complex data and use of Salesforce.com and CRM systems
