We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Beverages team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Senior Brand Manager you will have the following responsibilities;
- Activates Brand Essence & Vision, contributes to the development of Occasion-based Idead and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates relevant & memorable brand experiences
- Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted Nutrition, Health & Welness leader
- Develops and updates the consumer portrait based on strong consumer insight and shape consumer engagement funnel
- Tracks the brand health and takes corrective action, where necessary
- Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline with New Product Development Introduction process, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for your brands
- Manages 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW(Nutrition, Health & Welness) dashboard, services and Creating Shared Value related to your brand
- Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) for key channels and key customers, as well as managing portfolio optimization with P&L understanding
- Develops and executes strong Integrated Commercial Planning for the year ahead and cross-functionally aligned brand plan
- Manages Product Fixed Marketing Expenses (PFME), understands the business impact of PFME and Total Trade Spend (TTS) investment of your brands
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in Generating Demand functions, ideally both in Marketing and Sales in Nestlé or equivalent FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies
- Enthusiasm to understand and adapt to the ever changing consumer world preferably young consumer target
