We are currently looking for a Trade Asset Development Supervisor to join our Nestlé Professional team
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Trade Asset Development Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Lead technical projects such as Telemetry, Mobility, and C4C (Customer for Customer – Nestlé’s CRM platform) by working with teams like Beverage Marketing, Business Control, and regional (Zone) teams.
- Understand customer needs and develop improvement projects to optimize trade asset operations.
- Organize training and development programs for technical teams (e.g., technician development plans, onboarding, service bulletins, technical manuals).
- Manage technical issues by creating and sharing service bulletins with technical supervisors.
- Search and develop local and international Spare Parts, and contribute to R&D (Research and Development) and improvement projects with the TAM (Trade Asset Management) and QM (Quality Management) teams.
- Track and manage the traceability system for coffee machines and spare parts.
- Manage the CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) budget process from start to finish (budget release to asset creation).
- Support the TARE (Trade Asset Related Expenses) budget by providing cost inputs (e.g., spare parts, transportation).
- Conduct benchmarking and performance testing of Nestlé and competitor coffee machines and services.
- Support new product or solution launches by identifying technical needs and ensuring proper implementation.
Which profile are we looking for?
- University degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, especially in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), automotive, manufacturing, or R&D (Research and Development) sectors
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills and ability to use tools and systems efficiently
