We are currently looking for a Platform Lead to join our Nestle Health Science Team who will lead the platform by defining vision, strategies and by flawless execution of actions in line with these strategies. Achieve platform KPIs by being in close coordination with sales team, in cooperation with internal stakeholders and by gaining the advocacy of KOLs.

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Set platform vision based on global, regional strategies and local market needs
  • Define short/longterm strategies to realize the vision
  • Plan and execute yearly marketing plans, plan and manage yearly platform budget
  • Plan I&R and execute via successful launches
  • Plan and execute quarterly promotional plans in order to guide sales team in line with strategy
  • Track platform performance in IMS and take appropriate actions to reach KPIs
  • Build customer/consumer insight, disease related insight and competitive insight in order to develop further the competency
  • Organize scientific events, meetings and show strong presence in related congresses
  • Create advocacy via KOL and related associations management
  • Ensure product supply in close coordination and collaboration with related parties including such as planning and regulatory

 

Qualifications;

  • University Degree
  • Oncology, Surgery, Norology or ICU expertise is preferable under Enteral Nutrition
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in brand management (preferably minimum 1 year experience as senior brand manager)                                                                                                                                           
  • MBA, sales experience and people management are strong assets
