We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Confectionery Marketing Team, who will delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Activates Brand Essence & Vision, contributes to the development of Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates relevant & memorable brand experiences
  • Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company/brand image of trusted Nutrition, Health & Wellness leader
  • Develops and updates the consumer portrait based on strong consumer insight and shape consumer engagement funnel
  • Tracks the brand health and takes corrective action, where necessary
  • Ensures consumer centricity, applies innovation levers, contributes and executes innovation pipeline with NPDI process, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
  • Manages product taste performance, packaging, Nutrition, Health & Wellness dashboard, services and CSV (Creating Shared Value) related to her/his brands
  • Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines 5P, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers, as well as managing portfolio optimization with P&L understanding
  • Develops and executes strong Integrated Commercial Planning for the year ahead and cross-functionally aligned brand plan
  • Manages marketing budget, understands the business impact of marketing and trade investment of her/his brands

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Generating Demand functions, ideally both in Marketing and Sales in Nestle or equivalent FMCG companies (preferably food and beverages)
  • Having international business experince is an asset  
  • Fluency in English
