Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nespresso Team who will perform financial reporting and consolidation for NiM structure and provides support/ expertise in the area of business’s financial analysis. This role will include coordination with the NGBS when it is fully active

 

Job Description

  • Control/ delivery at right time for the reports ( SACT/ PACT/ PICA/ SSMT/ GLOBE) to the centre thorugh magnitude (A)
  • Coordination for fixed costs ( PROH, MOGE, Globe, Bad Debts) at corporate level during period-end closing.(A)
  • Provide support to channles on analyzing performance variances.(A)
  • Preparation/Delivery monthly NNS/OG/RIG forecasts (R)
  • Preparation/ Coordination DF presentations as monthly OG/RIG and comparative Key Financials (R)
  • Control/Deliver Actual NNS/Growth results with the forecasts (A)
  • Review & comment  on various financial metrics in the P&L at business and product group level highlighting major gaps vs.plan (R)
  • Active role in ATLAS ( MBS) studies for key financials managed at corporate level ( Structural costs, CAPEX, tangible assets, working capital components) for next 4 years. (R)
  • Analyse working capital components actual vs budget. ( inventories, receivables, payables) to business units/ channels. (R)
  • Economic Profit/ Return on Investment Calcuation/Delivery with explanations for MBS by using ATLAS ( R)
  • Calculate/Preparation for Structural Costs (MOGE, FFOH, FDC) Forecasts with previous studies and actuals at corporate level. (A)
  • Setting Targets for Structural Cost Components. (R)
  • Calculate Working Capitals/ Target Free Cash Flows and prepare the Gaps vs Targets. Coordination with stakeholders to be taken earlier actions for Gap Closing.( R)
  • Support&Participate in integrated planning process: Market Level:
  • Active role in preparation F&C outputs for high level meetings ( monthly MANCOM/ Zone/ Group) ( R)
  • Monitor/ Year- to Go requirements for Market Bonus Targets.( R)
  • OPL/DF:
  • Prepare/Deliver timetable for DF Process ( A)
  • Final check for output results in DF models ( OG- RIG- COP1 Calculations) and Magnitude Reportings ( A)
  • Provide reconciliation for Structural Costs ( MOGE- FDC) and other fixed cost components at corporate level ( OPFE, Bad Debts, Bad Goods,etc…) ( A)
  • Lead scenario&simulation models for DF process ( R)
  • Lead/Manage MOGE/FFOH/FDC revisions through year ( timetable plan, consolidation, reporting, presentation) (R)
  • Prepare comments of major changes/assumptions and highlights of OPL/DF. (R)
  • Secure on-time delivery ,accurate and relevant OPL/DF documents as per guidelines from the Centre (R)
  • Support F&C Manager and BEO around trend  analysis versus historical/Dynamic Forecast data (R)
  • Take primary ownership for Management Reports/ Presentations, on time preparation, accurate and relevant information as per financial results reported to the centre.
  • Active role in preparation Corporate Management Letter and other reports to the Center.
  • Actively participate within corporate meetings, MBP Cycle,  MOR.  

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or Engineering.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • 3-4 years Business experience , preferably in FMCG industry, for reporting, planning or financial analysis.
  • Strong capabilities in using business tools, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • High level ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continous improvement mindset and excellent problem solving.
