After Sales Operations Specialist
We are currently looking for a After Sales Operations Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional team, who will play a key role in flawless execution of sales operations especially for After Sales processes in order to achieve sales objectives, coordination between field sales and head office. Maximize business performance in his/her respective customers by supporting the sales team.
Main Responsibilities;
- Managing After Sales Operations of We Proudly Serve Starbucks business while playing farming role for customers in order to leverage their service satisfaction level.
- Coordinating Order Tracking System through Customer's Demand Processes
- Using Telemetry & SKU alarm check system proactively in order to determine whitespot areas to secure WPSS SKU Sales
- Being one face to customer in terms of their demands where touching all customers through digital communications tools
- Executing SKU Forecasting Processes and coordinating DPS in order to manage right stock levels
- Managing Bad Goods, Aged Stocks while defining opportunities and whitespot areas in terms of Salvage Management
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- Data managment skills
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Data Driven Sales Operations
