We are currently looking for a Direct to Cash Operations Supervisor to join our Nestlé Professional team, who will lead to provide system integration between all related modules in order to ensure flawless direct to cash operations. She/He will be playing a key role on system implementation via coordinating commercial & supply chain & financial functions.

Main Responsibilities;

• Own We Proudly Serve Starbucks "Self Serve" business by integrating related systems in terms of Supply Chain & Finance & Commercial approach.                                           
• Managing replenishment processes in order to cover stock levels of each machine including min/max figures                                                     
• Managing Trade Assets Implementations through integrated systems to secure flawless execution and right financial analysis                                                       
• Controlling and contributing yearly Forecast processes and KPIs in order to provide right stock levels                                                    
• Gate keeping for correct informations to be implemented in several systems by coordinating all stakeholders. Ex: contract conditions, BOM related contents, Pricing, Allowance Management etc..     
• Check and Approvals by doing commercial adjustments in order to ensure financial calculation and also reconciliation.                                                 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• Data managment skills
• University Degree (Engineering Branches especially;Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years experience in data management, data analytics is preferred
• System Integration & Implementation Management
